Safety coupling sockets NW 7.2 (female thread), ISO 4414/EN 983
Materials: Housing: nickel-plated brass, nickel-plated steel, seal: NBR
Temperature range: -20°C to max. +100°C
Operating pressure: 0 - 12 bar (Eco: up to max. 8* bar)
Flow: 1800 l/min (Eco: 1100 l/min (input pressure: 6 bar, max. pressure drop: 0,5 bar)
Function: The coupling occurs as for standard couplings, by inserting the push in nipple into the coupling socket. Uncoupling occurs in two steps: By pushing back the unlocking sleeve, the coupling socket closes and ventilates the coupling plug while this is still held in the coupling socket. The plug is then released by pulling the unlocking sleeve. The dangerous recoil effect is thus prevented.
Advantages: •no risk of injury when releasing the coupling as the plug does not jump out, •easy to use (release like standard couplings)
Recommendation: Use coupling plugs made of hardened steel!
Compatible with**: Rectus (25, 26, 1600, 1625), TEMA (1600), CEJN (320), JWL (520, 530, 560), Legris (25, 26), Parker (PE, PEF), Prevost (E ... 07) and many other German brands
*corresponds with 35 bar static operating pressure (without pulsation)
