Materials: Body: die-cast zinc Z410 (model series 5: aluminium), seals: NBR, condensate container: die-cast zinc (model series 5 aluminium) or polycarbonate
Temperature range: to max. +60°C
Input pressure: 1.5 to 16 bar
Media: Compressed air, neutral gases
ATEX: II 2GD IIA/IIB/IIC T4 0°C <= Ta <= 60°C
Advantages: •simple assembly of single components using coupling kits within a model series and thread size
Application: Pre-filters are used where high requirements are placed for the purity of compressed air. Fine particles (> 0.3 µm), which can pass unhindered through the sintered filters, are separated here. Pre-filters are also installed in order to increase the service life of microfilters.
Dust removal: > 0.3 µm (99.99 %)
Version: Metal type: Metal bowl with automatic drain, plastic type: Polycarbonate bowl with semi-automatic drain
Optional: Plastic type model series 0 (only type FV 018), 1 & 2: Protective cage -S, model series 2: Metal bowl with inspection tube -M, model series 1 & 2: automatic drainer (1,5 - 16 bar) -AM, automatic discharge closed when not pressurised (0 to 16 bar) -AMNC
